Heitz Immigration Law recently sponsored the RPAC Golf Tournament, held at EastPoint Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. It was a super-hot day as Betania and I chatted with participants from the Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches and Continental Properties about how they can educate their foreign investor clients who may wish to obtain visas in the United States.
The golfers were able to complete their game just before the rain began and luckily drinks and dinner were soon served inside the lovely clubhouse. Jeffrey Levine, Managing Broker of Lux Places and Spaces Group, Continental Properties, led the Live Auction and it sure was lively! The highlight of the evening was a fierce bidding war between two ladies who were determined to get the over-sized cooler filled with an array of liquor bottles. It finally went for $2200! Now, that was a loaded cooler!
The Realtors at Continental Properties will be attending some “lunch and learn” sessions with Heitz Immigration Law so that we can provide them with information on E-1/E-2 investor visas, EB-5 green card visas, and L-1 intracompany transferee visas. These are some of the key visas that may be of interest to foreigners who are already purchasing property in Florida and also considering investing in a U.S. business or opening a U.S. branch office of their foreign business.
